• Set a reminder before the due date

  Save how many days before a task is due you want to be reminded. The reminder is stored on the task.

• Record a service provider

  Keep a provider name, phone, website, and notes on the scheduled task.

• Store manuals, invoices, and photos

  Attach standing files to the maintenance item, and attach dated proof when you complete an occurrence.

• Keep a completion history

  Mark work complete and review completed occurrences later, including files saved with that completion.

• Add dates to the household calendar

  Pin a maintenance date so it shows on the dashboard calendar with your other household dates.

• Export maintenance records

  Export a PDF of the maintenance records you choose. Attachment file names are listed at the end.
